Isadore Carret Jr. (Brother) is a graduate of 1974 from New Iberia Senior High School. He opened Brother's Insurance in August of 1988 with one auto insurance carrier, Champion Insurance Company. Although many companies have been liquidated,Brothers Insurance Agency still proudly serves the Acadiana Region.  Through the years the Agency has expanded it's services to a broad range of customer services such as.

1993-Tax preparation and electronic filing of individual and small business income taxes, filing as many as 800 electronic returns per tax season.

1994-addition of two licensed Notarys executing as may as 136 legal documents such as title transfers, cash sales, quit claims, wills, 102 & 103 divorces and numerous types of affidavits.

1995-Secured a small loan license with the Department of Finance to provide cash loans to consumers.

2001- Secured license as a Louisiana Public Tag agent and title company issuing Louisiana license plates, vehicle titles, registrations and more.

2002- Began offering Home telephone service, establishing over 200 telephone accounts.

2003- Began construction of a 3850 square foot facility located in the fastest growing commercial district of the city, that boast a drive thru window for customers to conveniently make their monthly payments.
